While Dr. Andrianova continues to provide exceptional traditional family medicine, I'll be offering something different: a membership-based practice limited to just 400 patients. This means you'll have direct access to a physician who knows you, has time for you, and is available when you need them most.

I'm capping my practice at 400 patients total (compared to the typical 2,500+ in traditional medicine). This isn't about volume — it's about giving each patient the time, attention, and expertise they deserve. Founding members lock in lifetime rates and priority access.
