Injection Day Tips
- Same day each week (± 2 days if needed)
- Inject in abdomen, thigh, or upper arm
- Rotate injection sites each week
- Let pen warm to room temperature first
- Store unused pens in refrigerator
Missed a Dose?
If within 4 days → take it now. If more than 4 days → skip and take next scheduled dose.
Managing Side Effects
Nausea
Eat smaller portions. Avoid greasy foods. Stop eating when satisfied. Usually improves in 2–4 weeks.
Constipation
Drink 64+ oz water daily. Add fiber from vegetables. MiraLAX if needed.
